I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email address and you'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.

My payment didn't go through. What should I do?

First, check if your payment method has sufficient funds and is not blocked by your bank. If the issue persists, verify your payment gateway settings under Settings β†’ Payments. If still unresolved, contact support with your transaction ID.

How do I add a new staff member to my business?

Navigate to Settings β†’ Staff β†’ Add Member. Enter their email address and assign a role (Admin, Manager, Staff). They'll receive an invitation email to join your business on Loqlee.

I found a bug in the app. How do I report it?

Submit a support ticket with the "Bug Report" category. Include: (1) What you were doing, (2) What happened vs what you expected, (3) Steps to reproduce, and (4) Screenshots or screen recordings if possible.
